You should use a rated, closed eyebolt for suspensions.

Though highly unlikely, an eyebolt left for a long time may start to unscrew due to torsion from suspensions. There are a few options to remedy this:

• A §§§climbing swivel between the suspension and the bolt will absorb any rotational forces
• Belleville washers will keep the screw tightened - the bolt should be screwed into two washers, one each side up, and screwed completely flat; the washers act like a spring when the bolt is unscrews and keep it tight. These should be greased with copper grease or silicon molybdenum. (Greasing fasteners is not particularly important if they point is not ever going to be dismantled)
